KK2269 is an EpCAM driven, local-acting CD40 agonist1

  • CD40 is a key molecule expressed on APCs, whose signaling activates APCs and generates antitumor immune responses
  • EpCAM is overexpressed in many types of epithelial cancers
  • KK2269 is a bsAb with binding sites for CD40 and EpCAM designed to selectively activate CD40+ APCs at EpCAM+ tumor sites to avoid systemic toxicities seen with previously investigated CD40 agonists
