KK2260 is an EGFR driven, local-acting TfR1 degrader1

  • TfR1 is highly expressed in different types of cancers as well as certain normal cells, such as erythroid lineage progenitor cells in the bone marrow, posing a risk of side effects, including severe anemia
  • KK2260 is a bsAb with binding sites for TfR1 and EGFR, designed to target EGFR-expressing cells for selective anti-cancer activity
  • TfR1 is a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in iron uptake and regulation of cell growth that has been identified as a target for cancer therapy
